The Website is operated by AITAG360 sp. z o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Poland, trading under the DigiStrategos brand (“DigiStrategos”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. About DigiStrategos

DigiStrategos provides consulting and management services related to Amazon Ads, e-commerce advertising, marketplace growth and related areas. This Website is primarily intended to provide information about DigiStrategos, our experience and our services. Submitting an inquiry, booking a call, exchanging emails with us or otherwise contacting DigiStrategos through the Website does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to enter into a business relationship.

Any consulting, advertising management or other professional services provided by DigiStrategos are subject to a separate Service Agreement agreed with each client. The scope of services, fees, payment terms, responsibilities of the parties, confidentiality, termination, liability and other terms relating to a client engagement will be specified in that Service Agreement. If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a Service Agreement concerning services provided to a client, the Service Agreement will apply to those services.

For users acting for business or professional purposes, any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of AITAG360 sp. z o.o.
